Working from your brief — dimensions, colour palette, motif preferences, material — our Bhadohi design team creates a custom rug to your specification. Bespoke commissions have a typical lead time of 8–16 weeks depending on complexity.

Designer rugs require careful handling. Vacuum with a suction-only attachment (no beater bar), never in wet conditions. Rotate every 6 months. For deep cleaning, always use a specialist rug cleaner experienced with fine wool and silk — never use a standard carpet cleaner or steam machine.
Bespoke commissions are non-returnable as they are made to individual specification. All other designer carpets in our standard collection carry our standard 30-day return policy.
