Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery across India typically takes 7–10 business days. Remote locations may take up to 14 business days.
Made-to-order and custom rugs require an additional 10–15 business days for production before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking update once your order ships.
International orders to the US, UK, and UAE: estimated 10–18 business days depending on customs clearance. Import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹5,000 within India. Orders below ₹5,000 attract a flat shipping charge displayed at checkout. Free shipping is applied automatically — no coupon code required.
